Field Sales Rep — Territory Lead

You've sold to restaurants or boba shops before — maybe you still do. Own your metro: close the owners, convert the trials, and build a recurring book that pays you every month it stays.

  • Bilingual Mandarin/English strongly preferred
  • Food-service, distribution, or merchant-services sales background
  • Recurring revenue share — your book pays you monthly, not once
  • Territory ladder: expand regions + overrides on reps you train

You make food content people trust — boba runs, café reviews, restaurant life. Share BobaSync with the shop owners in your world and earn on every store that joins through your link.

Roles are independent-contractor (1099), commission-based, with a written agreement — you choose your own hours and methods. Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. BobaSync welcomes applicants of every background. Every application is read by the founder.
